Description

This modern house is located directly at the ski area Kreischberg, in a new and modern alpine resort, in the particularly versatile vacation region Murau-Kreischberg. The lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The center of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with cozy stores and restaurants, is also within easy walking distance. The local train stops right behind the resort.

The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, located on the second floor and has a nice balcony. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (which can be separated) and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. In the fully modern open kitchen, cozy dining and living room you will quickly feel at home. The apartment is suitable for up to 5 people and is accessible by elevator. There are 2 parking spaces available. An indoor parking lot with bicycle storage in the parking garage and an outdoor parking lot. There is also a closed geminschaftlichen ski room with ski boot dryers. There is an awning on the terrace.

In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40km of slopes and modern lifts for your feet. The fun park belongs to the absolute top of the world! Every year big competitions are organized here. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous possibilities here. Do you feel like sledding? That is also possible here! In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice stores and convivial terraces. Besides beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or bike on the Murradweg. This is a famous bike path along the river Mur in the region. Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for the active vacationer. Experience the tranquility here as well, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can enjoy the hearty Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions here. As for nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of surprises.
