This modern vacation apartment is located directly at the skiing area Kreischberg, in a new and modern alpine resort, in the particularly versatile vacation region Murau-Kreischberg. The lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The center of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with cozy stores and restaurants, is also within easy walking distance. The local train stops directly behind the resort.
This apartment is sunny south facing, modern and tastefully furnished and is located on the second floor. From the bedroom with double bed you can access the very spacious balcony (7m²) with automatic awnings. Ideal for the summer! In the living room you will find another sofa bed for 2 people. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. In the fully modern equipped open kitchen, the cozy dining and living room you will quickly feel at home. The house can accommodate 4 people and is accessible by elevator. There is an outdoor parking space available. There is also a locked common storage room for skis with ski boot dryers. Bicycles can also be stored here.

In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts. The fun park belongs to the absolute top of the world! Great competitions are organized here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous opportunities here. Do you feel like sledding? That is also possible here!
In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice stores and convivial terraces. Besides beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or bike on the Murradweg. This is a famous bike path along the river Mur in the region.
Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for the active vacationer. Experience the tranquility here as well, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. As for nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions
